Inclusion Criteria: * type2 diabetes * postprandial plasma glucose levels ≧180mg/dl Exclusion Criteria: * type1 diabetes * AST(GOT) or ALT(GPT) ≧100IU/l * creatinine ≧2.0mg/dl
