Inclusion Criteria: * No disease recurrence at time of randomization, * patients with breast cancer after surgery, * 5 years (+/- 12 months) of prior endocrine therapy Exclusion Criteria: * Premenopausal patients, * unknown or negative receptor status, * Secondary malignant tumor
