COmpliance and Efficacy in Mono and Combination Tablet Study ATacand/Atacand Plus

Inclusion Criteria: 1. Patients who have consented to participation/data release in this study 2. Patients diagnosed with hypertension and prescribed with atacand/atacand plus by the physician based on clinical decision Exclusion Criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension requiring therapy other than antihypertensive medication 2. Patients not prescribed with atacand/atacand plus based on safety reasons or any other reason as determined by the physician 3. Women in pregnancy or lactation 4. Patients enrolled in any other studies
