Inclusion Criteria: * elective CABG and aortic valve cardiac patients, * previous use of beta blocker Exclusion Criteria: * Previous episodes of Atrial fibrillation or flutter, * II or II degree atrioventricular block, uncontrolled heart failure * Sick sinus syndrome
