We will try to describe the profile of aspirin resistant patient in hemodialysis patients

Sex: ALLMin age: 18 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * all hemodialysis patients on aspirin Exclusion Criteria: * low platelets \<100.000 * coagulopathy, bleeding disorders * patient on plavix
