Inclusion Criteria: * Patients who require a central venous catheter for their thoracic surgery Exclusion Criteria: * Refuse to enroll * Infection at insertion site * Carotid artery disease * Anomaly of central vasculature * Hypertrophied thyroid * History of recent neck surgery
