Sex: ALLMin age: 18 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * Acute brain injury * Patient who receive an antibiotic for an infection or prophylaxy * Glasgow coma score \< 8 Exclusion Criteria: * Age \< 18 years old * Pregnant woman * HCV, HIV, HBV infection
