Sex: ALLMin age: 18 Years

Inclusion criteria: - diagnosis of Crohn's disease \> 6 month with fistula - at least 1 ineffective fistula treatment in the past Exclusion criteria: - TNF a antibody treatment failed in the past \- planned surgery
