Inclusion Criteria: Patients: * Patient has an ICD * Age \> 18 * Fluent in English * Consistent and reliable access to a phone. Caregivers of Patients: * Age \> 18 * Fluent in English * Consistent and reliable access to a phone Exclusion Criteria: * Not having an ICD

Physical Symptoms
