Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsHealthy volunteers:

Medical Language ↔ Plain English

Inclusion Criteria: 1. MGH Internal Medical Associates patients 2. are age of 18 or older, 3. have at least two medications on their medication list that match our pre-selected medications, 4. have at least three medical conditions on their problem list that match our pre-selected medical conditions, 5. have at least three medications documented on their medication list, and 6. list English as their primary language.
