Inclusion Criteria: * acute coronary syndrome patients undergone coronary revascularization or referred to conservative strategy * age ≥ 70 years * diagnosis of delirium by the Confusion Assessment Method in the ICU (CAM-ICU) scale Exclusion Criteria: * none
