Inclusion Criteria: * Hypertension patients not included exclusion criteria * Mean seated SBP ≥140mmHg in patients with newly Diagnosed Exclusion Criteria: \- msDBP≥110mmHg or ms SBP ≥ 180mmHg at the screening and randomization visit
