Sex: ALLMin age: 20 YearsMax age: 50 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * Adult patients, ASA I-II, undergoing knee arthroscopy under spinal anesthesia. Exclusion Criteria: * Absolute or relative contraindications to spinal anesthesia, allergy to dexmedetomidine or chronic pain treatment.
