Sex: ALLMin age: 18 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * mild acute hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis * triglycerides \>15 but \< 40 mmol/l Exclusion Criteria: * pregnancy * severe course of pancreatitis

Primary Outcomes

decrease in triglycerides
