Primary Outcomes

Evaluation of folate mediated one-carbon metabolic pathway parameters (Folates, Vitamin B12, Methionine, Homocysteine) on severe obesity-related complications before and after bariatric surgery

Evaluation of DNA Methylation on severe obesity-related complications before and after bariatric surgery
