Sex: ALLHealthy volunteers:

Inclusion Criteria: * Cirrhotic patients and ascites Exclusion Criteria: * patients with ascites due to causes other than cirrhosis- immunocompromised patients, * patients with abnormal thrombocytes due to non-hepatic causes.
