Inclusion Criteria: * all vaginal deliveries with or without Umbilical Cord Entanglement Exclusion Criteria: * multible pregnancy

perinatal outcomes

number of neonates with bad Apgar score

Time frame: one year

delivery outcome

number of vaginal deliveries switch to S.C
