Primary Outcomes

Amino acid profile of the blood

AA concentrations in blood samples is determined using 1H NMR spectroscopy

Time frame: Blood samples is collected at pre, 0 min, 20 min, 40 min, 60 min, 90 min, 120 min, 180 min and 240 min.
