Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsMax age: 64 Years

Medical Language ↔ Plain English

Inclusion Criteria: * Not recovered in accordance with care plan or cannot be operated and wants an extension of his sick leave Exclusion Criteria: * Obvious medical complications for surgery (wound infection, prosthetic dislocation, stopper or the like) * Permanent disability pension
