Eligibility

Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsMax age: 90 YearsHealthy volunteers:

Inclusion Criteria: * IOP 22\_34mmof Hg,newly diagnosed case, bilateral POAG patients Patients. Exclusion Criteria: * pregnant and lactating women, infection, any eye surgery.

More than 20% IOP reduction
