Sex: ALLMin age: 18 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * Closed diaphyseal humerus fracture at the junction of the middle third with distal Exclusion Criteria: * Open fractures, proximal humerus extension, distal articular compromise, polytrauma, more than 2 weeks of trauma
