We hypothesize that a vaporization of local anesthetics in the tonsil lodge would reduce postoperative pain.

Inclusion Criteria: * Tonsillectomy Exclusion Criteria: * Gastric or duodenal ulcer * Diabetes * Kidney failure * Chronic pain and fibromyalgia
