Sex: ALLMin age: 18 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * patients scheduled for surgical feeding jejunostomy more than 18 years old Exclusion Criteria: * patien refusal Coagulation defect Abnormal kidney or liver functions Local infection at site of block Bone metastases
