Inclusion Criteria: * cardiac surgery including the implant of a VAVGJ or CAVGJ for native or prosthetic valve replacement Exclusion Criteria: * anticoagulation therapy intolerant * active endocarditis * anatomical or medical, surgical, psychological or social contraindications
