Sex: FEMALEMin age: 45 YearsMax age: 55 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * Pain and paresthesia at median nerve distribution ,positive tinel sign and positive phalen sign. Exclusion Criteria: * Any sensory and/or motor deficit in either ulnar or radial nerve * age greater than 55 years . * male sex.

Primary Outcomes

PAIN and function

Boston carpal tunnel questionnaire (BCTQ) measure function and pain

Time frame: after one year

muscle strength

measured by dynamometer to measure cylindrical grip and pincer grip

Time frame: 3 month
