Inclusion Criteria: Patients with internal TMJ derangement (anterior disc displacement with reduction) Exclusion Criteria: Pathological conditions ; trauma TMJ cases or any blood diseases

Primary Outcomes

Pain management

Evaluation of pain using VAS pre and post injections
