Inclusion Criteria: * full-thickness supraspinatus * degenerative tears * age range 40 :65 Exclusion Criteria: * subscapularis tear * small and massive tears * traumatic tears * partial -thickness tear * revisioin surgery * glenohumeral arthretic changes and shoulder instability
