Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsMax age: 79 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * Age \> 18 yrs * Index MI * Primary PCI Exclusion Criteria: * History of prior myocardial infarction, * Thrombolysis before PCI * Contraindication to Cardiac MRI
