Sleep disorders and anxiety are complicated disorders affecting population especially elderly population, therefore treating these disorders will have positive impact on population production and quality of life.
Alternating current cranial stimulation will improve brain waves frequency so that will have positive effect on sleep disorders and anxiety on elderly population.

Sleep quality
Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) will be used for sleep quality assessment Higher scores indicate poorer sleep quality, with a score greater than 5 suggesting significant sleep difficulties
Time frame: before treatment and after 12 weeks
Anxiety
Hamilton's Depression Scale (HAMA) will be used to assess level of anxiety rated from 0 to 4 with 0 represent absent and 4 represent more severe.
