Comparison of Eversion and Conventional Techniques in Carotid Endarterectomy

In this study, patients were divided into two groups according to whether they underwent conventional or eversion endarterectomy. Although the eversion technique is the oldest method, the conventional approach is still widely performed due to its ease of application, despite not being recommended in current guidelines.
