This study aims to comparatively examine the effects of preemptive IV dexamethasone and IV ibuprofen use on the duration of analgesia in ultrasound-guided ABPB (Axillary Brachial Plexus Block) applications for patients undergoing hand and forearm surgery. Furthermore, investigating the relationship between the study drugs and the incidence of PONV (Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting) and determining the time until the first use of rescue analgesic are also among the secondary objectives.
