After taking informed consent for participation in the study, all selected cases will be divided into two groups by lottery method. In group A, patients will receive care using WHO Labour Care Guide while in group B, patients will be monitored using WHO partograph.
After approval from ethical review committee, total 174 women presenting in the inpatient Department of Obstetrics \& Gynaecology, Pak Emirates Military Hospital, Rawalpindi, fulfilling the inclusion criteria will be selected. Informed consent will be taken from each woman. Age, gestational age, parity, height, weight and BMI will be noted. After taking informed consent for participation in the study, all selected cases will be divided into two groups by lottery method. In group A, patients will receive care using WHO Labour Care Guide while in group B, patients will be monitored using WHO partograph. Cesarean section will be noted in both groups.
