The goal of this clinical trial is to learn Effect of strengthening of Gluteus maximum on 40 Desk- Job workers with low back pain and Range of motion he main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does strengthening of Glutes Maximum decrease the pain in Desk-Job worker with low back pain? 2. 1- Does strengthening of Glutes Maximum increase the Range of Motion in Desk-Job worker with low back pain? Participants will: * treated by: electrotherapy, postural education, active range of motion or Gluteus maximum strengthening. * visit clinic 3 times per weeks for 4 weeks.
the purpose of study to learn the effect of strengthening of gluteal maximum on desk-job workers who have chronic low back pain on there pain and range of motion, 40 worker (20 males - 20 females) classified equally to two groups : Group A : treated with traditional methods which contains of Electrotherapy ( TENS or Interferential for 20 min. ) , postural education and active range of motion for lumbar spine . while Group B: treated by traditional methods in additional to gluteus maximum strengthening both groups recessive treatment 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Evaluation: 1. used VAS to asses pain level pre and post treatment, 2. Universal goniometer used to asses range of motion of extension and flexion of lumbar spine pre and post treatment. 3. Biering-Sorensen test used to asses back muscles pre and post-treatment. 4. Modified schober's test used to asses the distance between lumbar vertebrae during flexion pre and post treatment
