The goal of this observational study is to learn about the clinical spectrum of sellar masses, aiming to understand the correlation between the imaging features and the future surgical approach and histopathology results. The main question it aims to answer is: Does being both LMIC and conflict country change the global data!? Participants were included during a period of 3 years in a governmental hospital TMGH.

Correlation between pre-operative radiological features and definitive histopathological diagnosis.
To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of pre-operative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) by determining the percentage of cases where pre-operative radiological features match the definitive post-operative histopathological classification (e.g., pituitary adenoma, craniopharyngioma, meningioma).
