We are conducting RCT study on concussion on combat sports athlete and there is high incidence of on concussion in this sports and we will find the association between concussion and vestibular impairment and then we will apply intervention (instabiliy training) to find the results
Combat sports athletes frequently experience concussions due to the nature of their sport, leading to potential long-term consequences such as vestibular impairment. Vestibular dysfunction, characterized by dizziness, imbalance, and other symptoms, can significantly impact an athlete's performance and overall well-being. Despite its prevalence, there's a need to better understand the association between concussion and vestibular impairment in this population. This study aims to investigate the relationship between concussion and vestibular impairment in combat sports athletes. Additionally, we seek to assess the effectiveness of instability training as an intervention to mitigate vestibular dysfunction post-concussion.

Sports Concussion Office Assessment Tool
14 item scale use for diagnose , evaluate and for treatment purposes The SCOAT6 score is derived from the athlete's performance across these domains. Each component has specific criteria for correct responses or performance, and the total score reflects the overall level of impairment: Higher scores generally indicate better cognitive and physical function and fewer symptoms. Lower scores suggest more severe concussion effects or slower recovery.

CANTU
The Cantu Scale for Concussion is a tool used to assess the severity of a concussion and guide return-to-play decisions in athletes. It was developed by Dr. Robert Cantu, a renowned expert in sports-related head injuries. The scale takes into account various factors such as symptoms, duration of unconsciousness (if any), and post-traumatic amnesia to assign a numerical value Grade 1 ,mild Grade 2 moderate Grade3 severe
