Study to evaluate the effect of the Terre de Joie educational kit on children's well-being and empathy at school

Multicenter, randomized study with 58 classes divided into two groups (class receiving Earth of Joy versus class having lessons as usual). Assessments were made before and after the intervention using self-questionnaires.

Inclusion Criteria: * Volunteer teachers who have not yet experienced Earth of Joy in the classroom * Teachers of students in Grade 4. Mixed-grade classrooms are also eligible, including Grade 3/4 and Grade 4/5 combinations * Children aged between 7 and 11 * Children able to read French Exclusion Criteria: * Refusal of parents or child

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Change in children's school well-being (BES-C scale)

Children's well-being at school will be assessed using the Be-Scol scale. The scale will be administered before and after the Earth of Joy intervention. The primary outcome is the change in Be-Scol scores between baseline and post-intervention.
