Overview

An observational study of patients with hematologic, oncologic, and other relevant conditions undergoing bone marrow imaging, with longitudinal collection of imaging, treatment, and clinical outcome data to characterize bone marrow features and changes over time

Primary Objective To establish a longitudinal cohort integrating bone marrow imaging with clinical and treatment-related data. Primary Endpoint Successful enrollment of eligible participants and collection of relevant imaging and clinical data. Secondary Objective * Characterize bone marrow imaging findings across relevant patient populations. * Evaluate relationships between imaging findings, treatment exposures, hematologic recovery, treatment-related toxicities, and clinical outcomes. * Assess longitudinal changes in bone marrow imaging findings over time and following cancer therapy. * Explore associations between imaging findings and laboratory, pathology, and research biomarker data when available.
