Inclusion Criteria: * Male Infertility with cryptozoospermia and clinical varicoceles Exclusion Criteria: * Genetic abnormalities. Other causes of male infertility

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Semen

Improvement in the semen concentration (measured by million/ml). This will be checked by repeat semen analysis 6 and 12 months in both study groups.

Time frame: 12 months

Secondary Outcomes

IVF/pregnancy outcomes

1. The percentage of biological pregnancy (The number of biological pregnancy/total patients) In both groups. 2. The percentage of live births (the Number of live birth/total number of patients) in both groups.
