Change in Sleep Quality Assessed by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)
Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The PSQI evaluates sleep quality over the previous month and provides a global score ranging from 0 to 21, with higher scores indicating poorer sleep quality. The change in PSQI score from baseline to post-intervention was compared between the study groups.
Time frame: Baseline and approximately 8 weeks after baseline, following completion of the intervention
Change in Sleep Hygiene Assessed by the Sleep Hygiene Index (SHI)
Sleep hygiene was assessed using the Sleep Hygiene Index (SHI). The change in SHI score from baseline to the end of the intervention was compared between the study groups.
Time frame: Baseline and 8 weeks after baseline, at completion of the intervention
Change in Physical Activity Assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF)
Physical activity level was assessed using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF). The change in physical activity from baseline to the end of the intervention was compared between the study groups.
Time frame: Baseline and 8 weeks after baseline, at completion of the intervention
