Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsMax age: 60 YearsHealthy volunteers:

Inclusion Criteria: * diagnosis of definite Vestibular migraine. * Ability to cooperate with vestibular testing * consent to participate Exclusion Criteria:- patients have one of the following * Benign proximal positional vertigo * Menier's disease * vestibular neuritis * chronic otitis media * previous surgery in ears * Sensironeral hearing loss unrelated to migraine * neurological disease affecting balance

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

Change in vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) gain of the six semicircular canals (right and left horizontal, anterior, and posterior canals) in 30 normal patients and 30 patients with vestibular migraine measured by video Head Impulse Test (vHIT).
