Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsHealthy volunteers:

Inclusion Criteria: * age \< 18 years Undergoing PCNL for renal calculi Exclusion Criteria: * Active untreated urinary infection High grade vesicoureteric reflux ( grade IV \_V) Immunocompromised patients
