long term evaluation of ejaculation preserving laser prostatectomy for BPH patients

We aimed to follow up our patients who were managed by ejaculation preserving GLPVP. we aimed to elucidate the long-term impact of EH preserving GL-PVP on both LUTS recurrence if any and the maintenance of adequate and satisfying ejaculatory functions 5 years after intervention compared to the last point of previous follow up (1 year after intervention).

Sex: MALEMin age: 40 Years

Inclusion Criteria: * all patients who were previously managed by green laser PVP in the past 5 years in our center Exclusion Criteria: * death or patients who missed follow up

Outcomes

Primary Outcomes

International prostate symptom score at 5 years

the possible recurrence of lower urinary tract symptoms assessed by increased international prostate symptom score (higher score= recurrence).

Time frame: 5 years after laser prostatectomy
