This randomized controlled trial evaluates the effect of Quranic recitation (murottal) on psychosomatic symptoms and fatigue in adults living with HIV who have psychosomatic symptoms and fatigue. Participants are randomly assigned to either the intervention group, which receives Quranic recitation for approximately 15 minutes, three times per week for 30 days, or the control group. Psychosomatic symptoms and fatigue are assessed before and after the intervention using the Shatri-Sinulingga Psychosomatic Test (SSPT) and Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), respectively.
