This observational study aims to determine the prevalence of Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates among respiratory specimens collected from adult patients admitted to the Respiratory Intensive Care Unit at Sohag University Hospital, and to describe their antimicrobial resistance profiles and associated clinical and epidemiological characteristics
