Eligibility

Sex: ALLMin age: 18 YearsMax age: 55 YearsHealthy volunteers:

Inclusion Criteria: Psoriasis vulgaris of both sex, age 18-55 years Exclusion Criteria: i. Patients with other types of psoriasis ii. Pregnant or lactating women iii. patients with hepatic or renal diseases iv. patients receive any systemic treatment in last 3 months
